LARGE FLAT PLATE MACHINING

Our high-speed machining center with vacuum workholding secures large, flat parts for highly accurate work in aluminum and engineering plastics - while excelling at micro-machining and intricate detail.

SHEET CUTTING

Flat stock cut to print. Laser cutting gives clean, tight-kerf profiles through sheet, and CNC routing and milling take over when the part needs pockets, bores, or edges held to a tolerance a laser will not hold.

Blanks, brackets, panels, shims and gussets are cut in-house and move straight into forming, finishing, or a second machining operation - no outside vendor, no extra lead time in the middle of your build.
